our teambilding and team bonding programs:
when planning for a teambuilding activity, we must first
nail down the specific teambuilding objectives (any specific area of
teambuilding we are focusing). If there has been an incident that triggered
the teambuilding project, this information should be made known to the
teambuilding consultant that is assisting you with your teambuilding
session.
We should
then decide if it is just a simple team bonding session where participants
can have fun and get to know one another better through the teambuilding
games, there be some learning points that they can bring back to the
work place from the teambuilding program. Some common teambuilding objectives
are communication, teamwork, leadership, creativity... etc.
We should
also try to guage how active the participants are. For teambuilding
of big groups, for example, more than 50 pax, we will usually recommend
a mixture of indoor and outdoor teambuilding activities as there will
be individuals who prefer indoors and others who love the outdoors.
